As President of FIREPRO Mr. DeVito provides consulting and fire engineering services, conducts special fire industry research projects, and provides litigation support on special hazard fire detection and suppression systems.
He has over 30 years of fire protection industry experience, which has included the sale, marketing, design, installation, and testing of special hazard fire protection systems.
Mr. DeVito is a member of the National Fire Protection Association's Venting Systems for Cooking Appliances Committee and Underwriters Laboratories’ Panel on UL 1978 Grease Ducts. He holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Northeastern University, and is a Registered Professional Fire Protection Engineer in MA and ME.
